The History of Film

The history of film began in the 1890s, when motion picture cameras were invented and film production companies started to be established. Initially films in the 1890s were less than a minute duration and was without sound due to the restrictions filmmakers were faced during that time.

Film in the past depended mainly on traditional techniques and stunts however film nowadays have a large usage of CGI (computer generated imagery), computer animation, and other visual effects.
